ColRegs has been developed in collaboration with the Dutch BVA platform, Maritime Institute de Ruyter in Vlissingen and Scalda Next (formerly Helix Learning). All colregs specialists from the Dutch maritime colleges, the Royal Netherlands Navy, Coast Guard and the like are represented in the BVA platform. Scalda Next is the owner and host of the web app. We work closely with the Dutch platform and British experts in the field of Collision Regulations to keep the information and exercises in the app up-to-date.
